 I am able to dedicate around 20-30 hours a week to the role.

.I have never gotten a serious punishment. Just some minor mutes in the past.

You, as a candidate for this role, must have an experience of working on other projects (not necessarily Minecraft servers, could be other projects requiring moderation). Could you mention all the projects you've been working on before, for how long you've been there and what were your duties? Did you like the job and why?

I do not have experience with larger servers, but I have moderated a friend's SMP with about 50+ active members. Duties in this role included managing the community, conflict resolution, and enforcing rules. Plus I did some moderate at my school for events and upkeep. I enjoy helping out, solving problems, and keeping the atmosphere fun for everyone.

Everyone does mistakes sometimes in their life. Does this sound similar to you? If so, could you tell us what mistake you did and how were you trying to fix it? How could this mistake be useful for your work?

 Yes, I have this addiction to Minecraft at this age of 17. It has affected my studies and even my grades. I am well aware of this and am trying to keep an Management between gaming life and studies. 

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

Strengths: I think my biggest strength is my family and friends, who encourage me to stay motivated and to work harder.

Weaknesses: My biggest weakness is my addiction to Minecraft, which I am regulating by trying to put limits on my playing time and put my studies first.

Why are you applying for the Junior Helper role on the Fakepixel Network?

I want to contribute to such a community that I love by helping others and making the server a better place. Helping with anything is what I'm all about and managing the community is what I quite enjoy.

What is Fakepixel for you?

Fakepixel is a very interesting and colorful community; it is where I can play Minecraft with others and simply enjoy the game. I really like the way the server has been created and allows players to come together and have some fun.

I am a 17-year-old student from India and have been playing Minecraft for 6 years. My hobbies include singing, chess, and board games.
