You, as a candidate for this role, must have an experience of working on other projects (not necessarily Minecraft servers, could be other projects requiring moderation). Could you mention all the projects you've been working on before, for how long you've been there and what were your duties? Did you like the job and why?: I actually have been a helper for some small server's like bonkmc and other small server's. I worked their for a year and a half and it really help me gain valuable experience in managing responsibilities simultaneously, from moderating discussions to organizing events and providing member support. My work was to help newer members and starting a event every 3 hours rotating with a different player in a different time zone. It was really fun with the admins as the work environment was really fun but the server went down because of low player count.

Everyone does mistakes sometimes in their life. Does this sound similar to you? If so, could you tell us what mistake you did and how were you trying to fix it? How could this mistake be useful for your work?: Well the previous year i did way too many activities, managing school, a part-time job, extracurriculars, and family responsibilities. As a result, my grades began to slip and i felt overwhelmed with stress. recognizing this I prioritized important activites. This experience not only highlighted the importance of balance in life but also strengthened my ability to make more mindful decisions moving forward.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?: My strengths is to realize the importance of certain work and do it without lazing off and as for my weakness I take way too much toll for my own body doing probably everything.

Why are you applying for the Junior Helper role on the Fakepixel Network?: I want to join fakepixel staff team primarily to help newer members, helping people from outgoing scams withing the community. My goal is create a healthy and a fun environment for everyone in the server. I believe a healthy atmosphere in game and discord can help the community grow tremendously. i'm committed to enhancing the overall experience and ensuring everyone that everyone feels safe and supported

What is Fakepixel for you?: Fakepixel is a fun server which has helped me go through boredom and i want to make the community a much better server as their is always place for improvement.
