Description of the Bug:so this is basically a party message bug, when I create a new party and typed double quotes in party chat just like /pc "" then the chat will appear , but you can type normally in chat just like "" without party ..

Steps ---->

Party with someone 

Then type /pc "" (double quotes)

Then send it in chat
