Are you capable of recording Minecraft videos?: Yes absolutely,I am capable of recording Minecraft videos as well as video of any punishable offense commited by someone for evidence purpose during the moderation(if needed).

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I am playing minecraft since 2018 i.e. 6 years

How long have you been active on Fakepixel?:I started playing on Fakepixel before the major updates like Necron Armour,Dungeons etc. came out... So yeah,it is like 2years since now that I started playing on Fakepixel in order to start my adventorous and interesting skyblock journey.

Are you currently involved in any Minecraft projects?: If yes, please specify.:Unforunately,I am not involved in any Minecraft projects but I would like to get involved in one of them in Fakepixel and I would be able to provide enough time for it on the server with the staff team and I would give my best efforts to conduct it.

Are you multilingual? If yes, which languages do you speak?:Yes,I am multingual.This includes English , Hindi and Bengali(Native). But to be honest,I am more comfortable and fluent with Bengali and Hindi as it is widely spoken in my country(India).But as I am reading in ICSE board(Indian certificate of Secondary Education),our school forbade us to speak any other languages other than English while in school. So yeah,I am trying my best to master English as soon as possiblie by improving my vocabulary and speaking skills.

Where are you most active on the Fakepixel Network?:I mostly play the Skyblock Faction on Fakepixel Network, as it is quite refreshing , adventurous and interesting.

How much time can you dedicate to the role each week?:I would be able to provide about 5 days a week and more than 3 hours per day for the moderation job.

Have you ever been punished on any server? If so, please provide details:Yes, I was punished in the PikaNewtork Server for spamming more than a year ago... I was playing bedwars faction in the server and I saw an incoming enemy on our base and to alert my teammates ,I just spammed "Incoming",due to which I was muted for 2 minutes on the server and thats it . But I am now exorbitantly careful in each and every server and I always read the rules and regulations before joining a server.

Describe a mistake you made in the last year (not related to Fakepixel ). How did you handle it? What did you learn?:So actually whaṭ happened last year was,I had a very close friend in school,with whom I used to share all my problems,including my family and relationship... We were friends for like 2 years but one day some bad fellows of my class manipulated him and they told my friend to tell them all my personal information and problems... he first refused but after sometime, he told them all the problems and weakness of mine... those fellows leaked them all in my class.From this, I learnt that I should not share each and every topic related to me or my family to anyone,no matter how close are they... My mistake was to completely trust on my so called "close friend".

Do you have prior experience in server moderation or leadership roles? If so, please share your previous projects and roles, the skills you gained, and how they will assist you in this position: Yes,I have some experience of server moderation in a server called Complex Gaming.. I was Trial Admin in the server for like 2 months but due to the excessive pressure of my studies, I was not able to provide time in the server and I had to resign.. But i would ensure that I can now provide more than 3 hours a day on Fakepixel Network for the moderation job.

Why are you applying for the Junior Helper role on the Fakepixel Network?:I am applying for the Junior Helper role as I can allocate 5 days a week and 3-4 hours per day for the moderation job in order to maintain the server order and security at its peak.I ensure not to compromise any punishment for any security breach,punishable offense etc. I would also ensure to provide new and unique ideas for building and developing the server to make it #1 server in minecraft community. I would inform any higher staff members about any illegal action commited by someone to ensure if it is appropriate or if I should go to take the action against the particular player. So yeah, looking forward to be a part of the Fakepixel staff team.

Tell us a bit about yourself, including your hobbies and interests:I am Soumil Ghosh,currently living as a citizen of India.My age is 15. I am currently studying as a 9th Grader and I ma totally passionate towrads Gaming and Cricket.In future (after 12th grade)I would like to continue my further study as a Mechanical Engineer.

Is there anything else you would like us to know?No,currently there is no question in my mind for the Fakepixel network but I would not hesitate to ask the team if any arises in my mind in future.Thank You!
