  15. I can play 4-5 hours every day so i can give 30-40 hours every week

  17. Yes i support in discord server but i didn't support in any minecraft server
  18. What are pros and cons of this job, in your opinion?
  19. The pros of this job is to help people any help them to play amd banned the scammer and hackers 
  20. Which case was the hardest one and how did you deal with it?
  21. In my opinion the hardest case is to ban hackers because they will use hacks to join server by using hacks and i know how can i deal with it i can ask owner to give them IP ban so they will not gonna join again

  23. I am applying to help the player and banned th hackers
  24. SCENARIO: User has created a ticket about his issue (or created earlier and got response he wasn't waiting for, e.g. declined punishment appeal) and you see him swearing and offending the Team for not doing their job or doing it in a wrong way. What will you do?
    I can ask to owner or senior then me to tell them to stop if he doesn't stop we can banned them
  25. SCENARIO: There are lots of tickets at this moment and every time you claim one, two or three will appear immediately. How could you solve this issue?
  26. I can solve this issue to asking some other staff members to help me to help these players
  27. SCENARIO: You claimed a ticket with an issue you can't help with. What are your actions?
    I can ask some other staff member to help me to solve this problem because i am new in staff member so i can get some help
  28. SCENARIO: Your friend made a ticket and forgot his password. You know this is his account but he does not have the correct information required to initiate password reset request. How do you proceed with his request?
    I can tell them to give me information if he don't know the information then i will ask them to create a new account or reset the password and if he cannot reset his password then i ask owner or any other staff member to create her new password

I am playing fakepixel for 3 months and i am thinking to help people because i don't want that player play but they do know how to unlock bazzar or other command in starting like me but i know every new player will take some time to learn how to play that is all that i would like to ask you i am hoping that you will  accept my application because my heart is clean and my mind is set to help the players thank you very much.
