13. Have you ever been punished on any server, including Fakepixel? If so, please provide details. - Yes, I have been punished on Fakepixel once. The reason was that I was trying to invite a friend to my server, but he reported it to the authorities as DM spamming. This resulted in a ban however, when I appealed, my application was accepted, and the incident was determined to be a misunderstanding.

14. You, as a candidate for this role, must have an experience of working on other projects (not necessarily Minecraft servers, could be other projects requiring moderation). Could you mention all the projects you've been working on before, for how long you've been there and what were your duties? Did you like the job and why? - My First experience as a moderator was on a giveaway server with 5k+ active and 30k total members which lasted for 5 months. My duty was to manage the server plugins, managing the new staff and keeping the environment a fun place for all the members. I really enjoyed my job because the interaction with new people taught me many things. My Second experience was as a Moderator on Fakepixel X Giveaway server. My duty their was to manage tickets and solving the issues in community. 

15. Everyone does mistakes sometimes in their life. Does this sound similar to you? If so, could you tell us what mistake you did and how were you trying to fix it? How could this mistake be useful for your work? - I believe that making mistakes is an essential part of making progress in our lives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, students had to change to online mode learning. As a result, many students began skipping classes and spent most of their time on games and social media. I was part of this generation, and it reflected in my bad grades and poor overall performance in school. I consider myself fortunate to have realized my mistakes early on and to have started improving, which a led boost in my grades and performance. This experience taught me a valuable lesson "Discipline". Since that day, I have made efforts to complete my work on time, which has helped me become a more responsible person and prioritize my work.

16. What are your strengths and weaknesses? - My Strengths - My Strength is my discipline. My Weaknesses- My kindness and having unwavering faith in anyone.

17. Why are you applying for the Junior Helper role on the Fakepixel Network? - Being a part of the FakePixel community for two years has led to many enjoyable experiences in my life. I believe FakePixel is much more than just a server; it is a place where you can truly be yourself and find relief from all the stress you may have. I think gaming is one of humanity's greatest creations. Games can demonstrate how to relieve your stress and, at times, how to be a responsible individual. I want to be a part of this beautiful community.

18.What is Fakepixel for you? - Fakepixel is more than just a game to me. Having been a part of this community for two years, I have made many friends whom I wish to cherish for a lifetime.
